Tony Troy is a street artist who holds his talent and adventures in his heart, along with his courage and romantic dignity. His ethics remain devoted to the melody and truth of his life's spirit and story.

Fame and fortune are promised to a young street portrait artist by an old Fortune Teller, although, 'Time will take its Time!' she adds. As an idealistic artist, he strives to reveal the soul of his many sitters through his portraits, which when done, he presents for a small fee. Often, when business is quiet, he reveals the stories of the many street people using his art on abandoned sheetrock in his humble squat. These stories, he hopes, will be his road to fame and fortune.

After meeting a girl on a bicycle, he unexpectedly finds himself regularly visiting her home, The Palace of Westminster, also home to Big Ben, the largest timepiece on the planet. Now, in his innocence and naivety, he impatiently comes to believe the Aristocracy will be his door to Fame and Fortune. Because of his new dream, our gentle artist abandons his passion for revealing the souls of the many homeless, preferring instead to focus on preserving the memories of the Aristocracy through his friendship with the girl on the bicycle. Unfortunately, in time, although paid a handsome sum for each portrait, he comes to find, little or no satisfaction in drawing the Aristocracy. Finding he misses the music and stories of the streets, he returns to cheerfully reveal the essence of the soul in each of his sitters. All, once more, for a small fee.

With no one believing his talk of having spent time in a grand palace dominated by Time, he now recalls a strange and fantastic story told by his deceased Mother of having also been to the most beautiful of places, only for her, she claimed, there was no time, just the beauty of the soul in all she saw. Although having always dismissed her story as absurd, a glance at page in his Mother's diary revealed that he too, as a young child had also shown the ability to 'Come and Go,' between two worlds, one with time and one without for which there were no words. The page in the diary clearly revealed she had seen his soul many times dancing above his cot and around the room. It was the brightest of lights that threw no shadows.
