Princeton Summer Theater

Princeton Summer Theatre (PST) is a non-profit summer stock theater that provides opportunities for young actors, directors, designers, and theater administrators to become part of a unique artistic community. For more than fifty years, PST has provided the Princeton community with great works of theater produced by the stars of tomorrow.

Strong relationships are formed between company members who work and live together for the duration of the season and artists of the greater Princeton area who are enthusiastic about collaborating with newcomers on the theater scene.

Through their Children’s Show, partnerships with area businesses and residents, and a fantastic collage of diverse performances, PST brings together artists and community members in a nine-week celebration of great theater.

Housed in the charmingly intimate Hamilton Murray Theater, PST has helped launch the careers of hundreds of young artists while bringing high-quality, affordable theater to the Princeton area. Some of PST's notable alumni include Tony Award-winning actress Bebe Neuwirth (Chicago), Tony award-winning producer Geoff Rich (Avenue Q), and Hollywood veteran William Hootkins (Star Wars, Batman).
