Carolyn Dorfman Dance (CDD) explores the fullness of life and moves people to connect through shared experiences, build understanding, and face barriers together through innovative and expressive contemporary dance. Carolyn Dorfman Dance's high energy and technically demanding repertory uses movement as a metaphor to take audiences on intellectual and emotional journeys.

Carolyn Dorfman Dance teaches all levels providing carefully designed educational programs at the professional and pre-professional training programs, including university residencies and arts high schools, K–12 public, private, and charter schools residencies, and community programming. Master classes, lectures, and the company's acclaimed "Back Stage Pass" performance helps people connect dance to life, learn new skills, explore their potential, and better understand their world and each other.

Through the powerful choreography of the founding Artistic Director and diverse artistic collaborators, CDD celebrates the trials and triumphs of the human story.
