Artworks Trenton, Inc.

Artworks Trenton, Trenton’s downtown visual arts center, is a 501(c)(3) Charitable Corporation, that promotes artistic diversity by fostering creativity, learning, and appreciation of the arts. Their exhibitions, workshops, and events make art an accessible experience for all, building community among and between art students of all ages, professional and amateur artists, inner-city and suburban residents, die-hard art fans, and first-time art appreciators.

Their exhibitions provide both a professional exhibition opportunity for artists and offer their community the ability to attend exhibitions and expand art viewing and appreciation experiences for everyone. Artists benefit from sales and exhibition opportunities, and non-artists benefit from being exposed to art and creativity, as well as the educational opportunities they provide in conjunction with our exhibitions, such as artist talks, workshops, and more. Exhibits are a healthy mix of local, national, international, emerging, and established artists. They also have limited studio spaces, available for local artists to rent and work out of.

Artworks Trenton participates and continues to engage the community in public art projects. Artworks Education provides opportunities for creative individuals of all ages to express themselves in various classes, workshops, and events. Whether you’re a seasoned professional, looking to learn the basics of visual art, or just have some fun there is a program for you!
