Art as Therapy
Art as Therapy® is not about analyzing your work but rather about knowing your history and examining your choices through blending journal writing with creativity to speak from the heart. You will gain insights and inspiration as they direct you through learning more about yourself honestly and safely. You will be creating not to produce beautiful art but rather to have images spark memories, clarify thoughts, and represent ideas. This process will relieve stress and anxiety. For therapists, teachers, and healthcare professionals, these classes at Art as Therapy will give you tools to expand your services to others.
Art as Therapy offers a series of workshops. There are three categories, therapeutic workshops, painting workshops, and two and three-dimensional workshops.
