Allegory Dance Theatre

Allegory is multi-disciple dance company located in southern New Jersey committed to having a positive impact both on stage and off.

Through dance and performance art we aim to produce high quality work that tells a story. Our stories can be as complex as life, as reminiscent as a place in time, as transcendent as a smell or word, and as limitless as the human imagination.

Allegory is committed to having a positive impact on our stage, in our rehearsal spaces, and within our community. We continue to educate ourselves and take the necessary action to provide a safe and nurturing environment that fosters the growth of others.

Knowing that dance is for every BODY, we are excited to work with movers of all kinds that are dedicated to personal excellence and building a better art community. We also recognize the incredible benefits that dancing has to offer and share those through our dance for dementia program, Hope Dances.
