Long Beach Island promotes the arts and sciences on Long Beach Island and the surrounding communities by enlightening, educating, and stimulating thought and discussion about current trends in the arts and sciences through educational and cultural programs for all ages.

The Lighthouse Film Festival gives independent filmmakers from around the world an opportunity for their voices to be heard and their stories to be told, allowing for diverse storytelling and giving audiences the opportunity to explore current issues while being educated, enlightened, engaged and always, entertained.

In addition to exhibiting pottery, sculpture, painting, and photography by national and regional artists, this gallery offers pottery classes in its studio and sells the work of more than two dozen local artists.

Surflight Theatre provides high-quality professional live theatre to the vacationers of Long Beach Island and the residents of Southern New Jersey, while providing training to young theatre performers and technicians.

SwellColors features custom stained glass windows and original surf- and nature-inspired works, in addition to offering workshops such as stained glass window making, glass bead-making, fusing, and mosaics.

This recreated seaport village was established to preserve, present, and interpret the rich maritime history, artistry, heritage, and environment of the shore and the unique contributions of its baymen.
