Emily Ambash | Web Content and Promotions Manager
phone: 609.479.3377 ext. 302

Emily AmbashAs an arts enthusiast with a long history of marketing and web development, Emily is proud to work on the Discover Jersey Arts program team at ArtPride. Emily graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a BA in Theater and English and has extensive experience in acting, creative writing, and interactive design. She serves as ArtPride's Web Content and Promotions Manager, a role that requires a dedication to promoting NJ arts events, a willingness to engage the public and the field through, and a creative aesthetic for keeping the site and associated collateral materials fresh.

Emily brings to the position a love for communication; an interest in edgy, educational, and nontraditional plays, films, and art installations; and a strong comfort level in graphic and web design protocols and programs. While interning at The Wilma Theater in Philadelphia, Emily also developed a strong sense of audience development and brand implementation -- a skill set she has honed on ArtPride's team.

Emily enjoys interacting with individual Jersey Arts Members at Member Parties and with the organizational Jersey Arts Marketers (JAM) community at professional development and advocacy events in addition to implementing social media and seasonal promotional campaigns. She also curates the Artist Gallery, updates the Member Center, and maintains an intimate relationship with the Adobe Creative Suite by putting together email campaigns, landing pages, and posters related to ArtPride's programs. A native of eastern Massachusetts, Emily now lives in Collingswood with her husband Chris, where she indulges in a love of moose, dogs, and the works of Samuel Beckett.

Shoshanna Wiesner | Membership Manager
phone: 609.479.3377 ext. 301

Shoshanna WiesnerShoshanna enjoys connecting individuals to the arts and arts organizations to their audiences through her role as Membership Manager at ArtPride New Jersey. Whether it’s a “behind-the-scenes” member party or a marketing session for regional organizations, Shoshanna has the reward of seeing ArtPride’s benefits in action. If you get a chance to attend one of these events, come say hi and stay tuned for fun events in the future.

Shoshanna trained as a fine art photographer at New York’s Pratt Institute. Upon graduation, she returned to her hometown to photograph for Philadelphia City Paper, which later inspired her to develop a wedding photography business with a fine art, documentary approach. Meanwhile, Shoshanna discovered another passion for nonprofit management through several opportunities including her role as Membership Manager at World Affairs Council of Philadelphia. In this position, she helped to create a more informed citizenry and connect individuals to influential figures through lectures featuring the likes of Madeleine Albright, Tom Friedman and former president of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf.

When she isn’t telling a story with her camera, Shoshanna gets to be an audience member too – of the arts and the great outdoors. Hiking, biking, running or canoeing, even volunteering on the local farm gets her out and in turn, inspired to photograph. When the sun sets it’s time to wander in the city, discovering new dining spots and places to hear music.

Koren Rife | Marketing and Communications Manager
phone: 609.479.3377 ext. 303

Koren RifeYou know that tingling sensation you feel when the overture begins? Koren does. The hum of lights being turned on in a dark theater, beginning brushstrokes on an empty canvas, a beautiful jeté entrelacé--all things make her face flush.

And while her everyday life is not always filled with Constantine tapestries or Haydn's Symphony No. 96, as the Marketing and Communications Manager it is typically pervaded with media pitching, press release creation, media and user engagement and perhaps some Photoshop-ing. Not always as awe-inspiring (or dangerous) as the "Miracle," but art in its own right.

Since graduating from Susquehanna University with degrees in Public Relations and Creative Writing, Koren has been traipsing around in the world of public relations, communications and marketing. She has nonprofit, corporate and agency experience coordinating national accounts. Beyond her writing and copy editing proficiencies, Koren has also tried her hand at brand management, messaging construction, marketing communications and collateral creation and making special events truly special.

Koren is thrilled to be a part of the ArtPride New Jersey family, and if there’s anything she loves more than her family and five – yes, five – pets, it’s the arts. Beyond being an (obvious) animal-lover, she is also a terrible liar, theatre geek and communications pro – but not necessarily in that order. A constant performer on and off the stage, Koren and her husband Jeff are perpetually involved with Burlington City-based Bridge Players Theatre Company.
