ArtPride NJ Foundation and NJ Restaurant Association Team Up with Female Chefs and Artists for Special Benefit

TRENTON: The ArtPride New Jersey Foundation and the New Jersey Restaurant Association will present "Inspiring Women: A Celebration of Visual and Culinary Arts", on Monday, March 5, from 4:30pm to 7:30pm at Hospitality House, the New Jersey Restaurant Association headquarters at 126 West State Street in Trenton. The event is the kick off of a month long exhibit that showcases the talents of New Jersey women artists and chefs. The opening night reception will benefit the ArtPride New Jersey Foundation, the New Jersey Restaurant Association, and the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition. "Art Pride NJ is thrilled to be part of this special collaboration,"said Ann Marie Miller, Executive Director of the ArtPride NJ Foundation. "This event is a creative way to celebrate the extraordinary artistic and culinary skills of women throughout New Jersey."

Restaurants featured include: Assembly Steakhouse (Englewood Cliffs), Cranbury Inn (Cranbury), D'Artagnan (Newark), Hudson County Community College (Jersey City), Kuzina by Sophia (Cherry Hill), Landmark Hospitality (Jersey City), Milford Oyster House (Milford), Restaurant Serenade (Chatham), and Terra Momo Restaurant Group (Princeton).

Artists featured include: Kiyomi Baird (Far Hills), Chris Carter (Martinsville), Maureen Chatfield (Lebanon), Kim Huyler Defibaugh (Toms River), Buel Ecker (Long Valley), Aylin Green (Lambertville), Daryl Lancaster (Lincoln Park), Linda Osborne (Pennington), Laura Petrovich-Cheney (Asbury Park), Ingrid Renard (Whitehouse Station), Carol Rosen (Califon), Joanie Gagnon San Chirico (Toms River), Ellen Siegel (Lebanon), Armisey Smith (Newark), Karen Titus Smith (Pemberton), and Laurinda Stockwell (Lebanon).
