Jersey Arts Membership Program Offers Arts Enthusiasts Expanded Opportunities
to Better Connect with Their Local Arts Scene

STATEWIDE: The ArtPride New Jersey Foundation's "Discover Jersey Arts" program, a statewide project cosponsored by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts, is pleased to announce its newly expanded membership program for arts lovers in the region. With its JerseyArts.com website as their information hub, Jersey Arts Members can now take advantage of the same discounts and other special offers at nearly 100 theaters, museums and arts centers statewide they've come to enjoy through the previous Jersey Arts Ticket program. However, members can now also take advantage of invitations to attend exclusive "Member Parties" where members can mingle with other arts lovers while they learn more about select shows; come out for "Movers & Shakers" events where they can meet and speak with decision-makers and other arts advocates; get access to the new "Inside Track" online forum; and more.

Member benefits vary based on the three new membership levels of Basic (free/2years), Premium ($10/year or $15/2years) and Advocate ($50/year or $75 2/years). For complete details on member benefits and to join, visit JerseyArts.com/membership.

"With our newly revamped membership program, we're focusing on expanding the membership experience beyond discounts and into creating a greater sense of community. At the new membership program's highest tier of Advocate level, members will be able to get more involved in issues associated with the state's arts community. "Advocate Members can show their support for the long-term sustainability of the arts in New Jersey and gain valuable advocacy tools," said Ann Marie Miller, Executive Director of the ArtPride New Jersey Foundation. "The most active and vocal lovers of the arts make the best advocates for its future health."

Over 40,000 previous Jersey Arts Ticket cardholders were recently sent their new Basic Membership materials by mail, including details on the new membership levels and access to a new online member center at members.JerseyArts.com where they can manage their account information and upgrade their membership if they wish.
