Will Rogers' U.S.A.     Bookmark and Share
“There's no trick to being a humorist when you have the whole government working for you,” said Will Rogers (1879-1935). He was a Ziegfeld Follies’ star and a syndicated columnist read in 2,800 papers. His wit and wisdom is compared to Mark Twain’s, and, like Twain, still holds true. Taking on the role of Rogers is Tom Byrn who received raves in ELTC’s MR. LINCOLN. Conceived and produced by George Spota in 1970, James Whitmore originally portrayed the famous philosopher cowboy.
